1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging

- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor color/size variations
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer

3. Return Process

- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos of the product

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected (if applicable)
- For prepaid orders: refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order is processed for shipping.
